MIKE HARRINGTONS SUPERB SNOW SCENE - Christmas Cards
I was very impressed by a Christmas card I got from an artist friend last year, it was a snow scene that he had painted very professionally. You would have thought that he got it specially printed, but no he had done it himself on a computer programme called 'Seref Page Plus'.
This is the lovely picture by Mike Harrington. I tried to do the same on Microsoft Publisher, but found that the quality of the photograph distorted the picture, so got thinking - 'what to do?' 'A ha! I'll paint a small picture and scan it, I can't go wrong there.' So I did.
I printed 20 off on a greeting card set and sent them to close family and friends, then I did the rest on normal paper that was set to quarter fold.
